Here you find the addresses of the venues in the four countries:
You can find out more about getting to the venue, public transport, taxis, and parking options on the respective websites of the venues:
We’ll send or have sent you all the information approximately one week before the conference. Check your spam box if you haven’t received anything by 23 September. If you’re sure you haven’t received anything, send us an email at confe*****@**ecsavers.com. We’ll then send you the information as soon as possible.
When you arrive at the venue, you can register with one of the hosts, who’ll hand out your name batch. After that, you’ll be all set to join Clinical Conference 2023.
You can ask questions to our speakers via Slido on your smartphone, either via the Slido app or your browser. You’ll get more information on the day. If you’d like to be prepared, you can already download the Slido app on your phone (but you don’t necessarily need the app to be able to ask questions). Note that you always have the option to leave your questions anonymously.
During the conference, we’ll display QR codes on the screen that you can use to apply for your accreditation points for the different sessions. This only applies to participants who work in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
If you’re an optometrist working in Sweden, please read more about obtaining your CET points in this document from Optikbranschen (in Swedish). It’s important that you prepare and bring your Optikerförbundet membership number. You can’t apply for your points without it.
If you haven’t applied for your accreditation/CET points during the conference, you can email us at confe*****@**ecsavers.com. We’ll be happy to assist you further.
If you’re signed up for one of the live conferences but can’t attend, please email us at confe*****@**ecsavers.com. We’ll then be able to give your spot to someone else. You can, of course, always join the online conference instead.
You’ll receive an email with a link to the online event about 30-60 minutes before the event starts. When you access the event via the link, you can choose which country conference you’d like to join. Register with your name, country, job role, and the number of individuals joining you to watch the conference.
You’ll then find yourself at the online conference of your chosen country. You can switch between the different country conferences – but you’ll need to register again with the above information. Once registered for a specific country on your device, it will save your registration, so you won’t have to register again if you access it later on the same device.
Take a look at the programme to see which sessions you’d like to attend.
If you have any issues getting into the online conference, you can contact the support line of our supplier at +45 44 45 46 47.
It depends on which country programme you’d like to access and which time zone you’re in:
Look at the programme schedule to determine the starting times for various sessions. Remember that the times listed in the programme are in their respective local time zones: EEST for the Finnish programme and CEST for the Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish programmes.
Yes, you can attend the online conference on any device you like, also your smartphone or tablet.
There’s no chat this year. You’ll have the possibility to ask questions to our speakers via Slido. See more information below.
