Anna Karlsson has dedicated over a decade to the optical industry, starting as an optical assistant at Specsavers and progressing to the role of clinical assistant. In this capacity, she gained valuable experience working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and providing high-quality eye care in collaboration with her colleagues. Anna also played a key role as an in-store trainer, focusing on team development and training.

As a Talent Manager at Specsavers’ support office, she has transitioned from the shop floor to a position that allows her to empower others. Anna is committed to educating and inspiring optician assistants, covering a range of topics from lens technology to exceptional customer service.
