Anne Norvik Jervell

Optometrist at KLARERE/Ses Optikk in Oslo

Anne Norvik Jervell started her journey into optometry at the University of South-Eastern Norway. Later, she obtained her master’s degree in clinical optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University). Since then, Anne has specialised in general optometry and the fitting of contact lenses.

Anne runs her own special lens clinic in Oslo, KLARERE, part of Ses Optikk. Besides that, she has been the leader of the specialist and competence council of the Norwegian Association of Optometry and the head of the humanitarian committee for the same association. Also, Anne has been involved in the Norwegian branch of the charity Optometry Giving Sight.

On the programme
Anne is part of the panel discussion How to detect keratoconus and fitting of specialty contact lenses on Thursday 6 October. She brings her expertise from her own clinic to the table and believes that optometrists should care for detecting all keratoconus cases out there – even the sub-clinical ones. | Go to the programme
