Roel van der Heijde is a seasoned executive trainer and team coach passionate about unlocking group potential. He believes in the power of practical knowledge and direct experience, which are crucial for fostering psychological safety and effective leadership.
Trained by Professor Brené Brown as a Dare to Lead Facilitator, and by Harvard Professor Amy Edmondson in “Innovations in Teamwork in Healthcare”, Roel brings extensive expertise to his role. He specialises in culture change programmes and training courses focused on reducing patient fears, vulnerable leadership, psychological safety, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (D.E.I.) in healthcare.
