Ylva Jeridi is a seasoned optical retail expert with nearly 30 years in the industry. She began her career as an optical assistant and holds a bachelor’s degree from Karolinska Institutet, obtained in 1998. With extensive experience as a store manager, she has developed a strong passion for retail, particularly in enhancing customer experiences.

She believes that a motivated and well-trained team is crucial for delivering outstanding service and building lasting customer relationships. In her current role at Specsavers, Ylva leads educational and training programmes, focusing on nurturing future optical professionals and advocating for continuous learning in the rapidly evolving optical field.
