Biography
Linda Alnor is an optometrist and has spent almost her whole life in the optical world. She has a deep understanding of the contact lens business and is extremely well-connected in the field. From having her own optical store, working as an account manager and Professional Affairs consultant in the Contact Lens business, and as a Contact Lens product manager.
Fitting Multifocal contact lenses is her main area of expertise, which is a growing business. Her main tips to key to success are: to understand the customers’ needs, set and align expectations through communication with the customer, clarify the purpose of the solution, and finalise the fit.
Linda has contributed to Viewpoint with a short lecture. During Clinical Conference 2021 she also participated as a speaker in a masterclass. Both videos are available here on Viewpoint.
