Peter Lewis

Biography
Peter Lewis is born in New Zealand and educated at Auckland University. He has been teaching optometry for nearly twenty years at Linnaeus University in Kalmar. Peter moved to Sweden in 1999 after embarking on a trip around the world, including a two-year stay in England, where he worked as an optical assistant for Specsavers.
He has a wide experience within the optometry branch, having sat as a board member of the Swedish Optometry Association, consultant for the Norwegian Ministry of Education and working for privately-owned and optometry chains.
Peter’s motivation in life is to educate, inspire and encourage people – which his role as Clinical Talent Manager at Specsavers’ Northern European support office in Copenhagen gives him the opportunity to fulfil.
