Micheal Mrochen: When eye care goes digital
Keynote portrait Micheal Mrochen
This year’s virtual Clinical Conference is all about E-Health. On Wednesday 7 October Michael Mrochen joined forces with Arthur Cummings to dive into digital eye care. Soon you will be able to see the recorded lecture in which we let two of Europe’s leading key opinion leaders in ophthalmology share their ideas and thoughts on how a digitalised customer journey can look like and why we should do it. As a result, we will discuss how this way of working will bring ophthalmology and optometry closer together.
This lecture explains how a digitalised patient journey can look like and how this can improve lives for patients and practitioners. Practical examples of what outcome leading clinical practice mean, will be explained and how e-health is the only practical solution on how to get there.
Eye care is one of the medical areas that are best suited for being digitalised because it relies on images and numerical data for most. This change process is already taking place. The outcome will impact your professional life in the years to come. This session will explain how.
