A 73-year-old woman visits your practice with a primary complaint of experiencing blurry vision in her right eye. Her vision has been getting worse over the past few months. At the initial examination, her uncorrected visual acuities were 0.3 (6/18) in the right eye and 0.8 (6/7.5) in the left eye. She had cataract surgery in both eyes about five years ago. Besides her ocular history, she says she's generally healthy and takes a low-dose Aspirin and one antihypertensive tablet for hypertension.
