Risk factors for glaucoma and when to perform visual fields
Risk factors for glaucoma and when to perform visual fields
Unfortunately, half of all glaucoma cases today go undiagnosed. The disease is tricky to recognise, as the symptoms look like many other pathologies. Yet it is essential to detect it in time to prevent vision loss.
To know when to suspect glaucoma or not, you need to have an overview of all risk factors and how each contributes to the complete risk assessment. In this masterclass, led by optometrist Matt Roney, you’ll be presented with an overview of the risk factors and the right time to test the visual field.
The moderator of this masterclass is Philip Morgan.
This session took place live on 5 October 2022, during Clinical Conference.
For Dutch optometrists: Unfortunately, we aren’t yet able to assign CET points (KP points) for Clinical Conference 2022 modules for Dutch optometrists. We’re working on getting the modules accredited. If you already finished the modules, you’re on the list to get your points assigned. As soon as we have more information, you’ll hear from us. Our apologies for the delay and inconvenience.
Want to get your CET point for this session? After watching the video, take the test and earn that point. Good luck!
